AWS Class ENiCu-7 coated electrodes are nickel-copper alloys designed for shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) of Monel® alloys and for joining dissimilar metals. The classification is covered by the American Welding Society (AWS) A5.11 standard and is also known as Alloy 190.

The classification is covered by the American Welding Society (AWS) A5.11 standard.

ERNiCrMo-3 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum filler metal, commonly known by the trade name Inconel 625 (or Alloy 625). It is classified under the AWS A5.14 standard. Key Characteristics

• Composition: The nominal composition includes approximately 61% Nickel (Ni), 22% Chromium (Cr), 9% Molybdenum (Mo), and 3.5% Niobium (Nb) plus Tantalum (Ta). This unique blend provides its superior properties.
• Properties: It offers excellent corrosion resistance (especially to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking), high tensile and creep strength, and good oxidation resistance over a wide range of temperatures, from cryogenic to up to 1,800°F (982°C).

AWS Class ENiCrFe-2 is a nickel-chromium-iron alloy, flux-coated electrode (for shielded metal arc welding or SMAW) used for welding dissimilar metals, such as nickel alloys to carbon or stainless steels, and for overlaying nickel-chromium alloys onto steel. It's applied in industries requiring materials resistant to cryogenic temperatures and is suitable for 9% nickel steels, Inconel 625, and 5% nickel steels.

AWS Class ENiCrMo-4 is a coated nickel alloy electrode used for shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) of corrosion-resistant alloys, particularly the nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy commonly known as HASTELLOY® C-276. The "E" prefix indicates it is a covered electrode, with the "NiCrMo-4" designation specifying its chemical composition.
