ERNiCrMo-3 Inconel 625 / Incoloy 825 Offers exceptional resistance to pitting, crevice, and stress corrosion cracking in severe chloride media. Used for high-strength applications from cryogenic temperatures up to 1093°C (2000°F). Suitable for welding dissimilar metals, such as stainless steel to nickel alloys.
ERNiCu-7 Monel 400 Primarily used for welding nickel-copper alloys (e.g., Monel 400) to themselves, to steel, or to copper-nickel alloys. Provides good resistance to seawater and various acids, making it ideal for marine applications.
ERNiCr-3 Inconel 600 / Incoloy 800 A versatile wire used for welding a range of Inconel and Incoloy base materials, as well as for overlaying on steel. It provides high strength, corrosion resistance, and good oxidation resistance at high temperatures.
ERNiCrMo-4 Hastelloy C-276 Known for its excellent resistance to a wide range of aggressive chemical environments, including oxidizing and reducing acids. Used in chemical processing equipment and high-temperature industrial applications.
ERNi-1 Nickel 200/201 Used for welding pure nickel grades (Nickel 200 and 201). Features very good corrosion resistance, particularly in alkaline environments, and is suitable for joining nickel to stainless or carbon steels.

ERNi-1 (also known as NICKEL FILLER METAL 61 or Alloy 61) is a pure nickel TIG or MIG welding wire specified under AWS A5.14. It is primarily used for welding pure nickel materials and for joining dissimilar metals.
Key properties:Composition: The wire is predominantly pure nickel (typically >93%) with controlled additions of titanium and aluminum, which act as deoxidizers to prevent porosity and cracking.Corrosion Resistance: It offers excellent resistance to a wide range of corrosive media, particularly alkalis (caustics), salts, and neutral salt environments.High Ductility and Crack Resistance: The weld metal is ductile and highly resistant to cracking, which makes it effective for various industrial applications.Mechanical Properties: Typical mechanical properties of the as-welded deposit include a tensile strength of around 460 MPa (67,000 psi) and good elongation.
