The E316LT1 flux-cored welding wire is used for gas-shielded MIG welding of 316 and 316L stainless steel alloys. The wire deposits a low-carbon 18% chromium, 12% nickel, and 2% molybdenum stainless steel weld metal. This wire is a rutile type, meaning it offers a smooth arc, low spatter, and good slag removal.
