Flux-core welding provides greater penetration, which is suitable for working with thicker joints. Our flux core wire allows the welder to travel in all directions and hold the torch in a number of directions. Our flux core wires are particularly suitable to general repairs, shipbuilding, and other types of manufacturing. Our company BOHLER EAS 4 PW-FD Flux core provides resistance to stress corrosion and intergranular corrosion resistance. It also provides higher creep strength. The Alloy 316LT1-1/4 flux cored wire has a stable and smooth arc, with good slag detachability. This weld metal has lower susceptibility to cracking with superior corrosion resistance, particularly fit for dilute sulphuric acid and has better intergranular corrosion resistance due to lower carbon content.

The E316LT1 flux-cored welding wire is used for gas-shielded MIG welding of 316 and 316L stainless steel alloys. The wire deposits a low-carbon 18% chromium, 12% nickel, and 2% molybdenum stainless steel weld metal. This wire is a rutile type, meaning it offers a smooth arc, low spatter, and good slag removal. Product description
